After-Care Supervisor

Essential Criteria

• •Relevant childcare experience; preferably an Education qualification or studying towards one.
• •A heart for children and a commitment to Christian education.
• •Strong classroom-management and organisational skills.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Professional, punctual and reliable.
• •Clear criminal record and child-protection compliance.
• •Fully proficient in English and Afrikaans.

Key Responsibilities

• •Supervise children safely and maintain accurate attendance and collection procedures.
• •Support children with homework and encourage responsible, independent study habits.
• •Model and reinforce the school's core values: Integrity, Mindfulness, Respect and Gratefulness.
• •Plan and facilitate age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities.
• •Communicate professionally with parents, colleagues and teachers, and report concerns appropriately.
